The Archäologisches Korrespondenzblatt is a quarterly journal quickly informing the scientific community in short articles about new results in archaelogical research in Germany and other countries.
The Archäologisches Korrespondenzblatt has a profile as a topical scientific journal on issues of Prehistoric, Roman and Medieval archaeology and related sciences in Europe. Beside topical debates the journal provides a place for the publication of new finds and short analysis of general interest.
The articles are up to 20 pages in print; contributions in foreign languages are accepted.
Independent editors control the quality of the articles proposed (peer review).

»Restaurierung und Archäologie“« is an annual journal acting as an academic panel on archaeological object conservation and technology, archaeometric studies and issues of find recovery and documentation.
Apart from the publication of current research by conservators, archaeologists and natural scientists the journal provides a platform for the exchange of experience in objects conservation. It also offers students of relevant subjects an opportunity to present their theses in a short version to a broader expert public.
The multilingual conceived journal is published annually with c. 120 colour pages. It addresses all, who feel committed to the preservation and study of archaeological heritage.
Responsible publishers are the »Römisch-Germanische Zentralmuseum« and the »Archäologische Staatsammlung München« in close co-operation with universities, state offices archaeologies, museums and research institutes from which a board of specialised editors is recruited. Independent referees assess the submitted contributions, which may contain up to 20 printed pages including figures.
Articles in English and French are welcome.
