Journal of the History of Childhood and Youth 35 followers The Journal of the History of Childhood and Youth (JHCY) is a scholarly, peer-reviewed journal focused on the history of childhood and youth cultures and the experiences of young people across diverse times and places. The editors encourage submissions from those working across the range of historical methodologies, and from scholars in other disciplines with historical interests in children and youth. JHCY is published on behalf of the Society for the History of Children and Youth by the Johns Hopkins University Press.
